      Pros

      Great product and Great Engineers to work with. OK Benefits. Plant Manager is a Great guy, wants everyone to excel. This place is for you if you want to punch in and punch out, collect a check and have no career aspirations.

      Cons

      Quality is kind of built into the process, Quality Team has not to do there, rather than sorting. On the operations side, there is too much dependency on the Engineering team. Too much down time due to repeat supplier issues. HR is …… well! to protect the company and to follow one sided policies.

      Pros

      Everyone I had the pleasure working with was excited and eager to help you grow and learn. They have a very hands off approach, which is great if you are a self-starter.

      Can lack some structure, which is only a con if you need a push to complete tasks.
