If you don't do TV, you don't matter Only "the guys" go skiing, fishing with Stan. Yes, it's his plane and his house in Deer Valley and he can take who he wants and the guys all claim its not work related but in a firm where everything is at Stan's whim, the trips are access to opportunities that are denied to almost all the women in the firm. 90% of the agency's problems and stagnant creativity and strategy can be explained by Stan's compensation system. He says with pride that everything he knows about business, he learned in art school. He should have taken some business management classes. Insurance benefits are almost criminal they are so bad. Because they are self-insured, they don't have to pay for routine tests like mammograms, colonostomies, immunizations, Creatives' egos are so overinflated that they suck all the oxygen out of the room It's a cult. DO NOT DRINK THE KOOLAID.
