Pros

I have worked for TRG Networking for going on 19 years now. Through it all I have seen good and not so good people come and go. That is the nature of this industry. What has always been constant, however, is that ownership and management have always been very focused on two things in particular. 1) Hiring people who fit in and by that I mean who care about the client, who can work well with others, who are not afraid to ask for help , who will roll their sleeves up and dig in especially if things are not going well on a project. 2) Taking care of our clients to the best of our ability and being proactive to keep them productive and safe. TRG still has some of the very first customers which is a real testament to the kind of caring and professional support they have provided over the years. I have enjoyed working her and I have been allowed to grow with as much support as I needed. I would encourage anyone looking for a career in IT where every day is challenging and different, where it seems like family and where you can go as far as your aspirations take you. Welcome to the family!!!

Cons

It is hard to find really good people that have the same dedication to our customers as the team does.

Pros

If they could adhere to great business practices, they'd be a great place to intern until you find a real job.

Cons

The owner seems to think that making friends is more important than anything else...like training...or establishing work ethic...or business culture. If you are tech oriented, like one of their "engineers" you will be stunted both in what you learn and the business practices you will have to adhere to are shady at best. They often lie to clients and employees alike. The sales team...well the owner, will not do her due diligence in researching products to her clients and then blame the engineers when it blows up. I can't stress enough that the people working here do not have your best interest in mind and do not care about what you think as long as you do exactly what you are told (despite management not actually telling you what they want) regardless of whether it will negatively impact a client...but you will be ostrisized when things inevitably goes wrong. Management also thinks reviews here are more important than the actual business and regularly add positive reviews here to combat the "untrue and negative image the company has on this site".
