Pros
If you are into Comic Books, Pix servers, have no social life, and want to have no path to a better position this is your type of place. If you aren't close friends and worship the one with the "NERO" jacket then I'd say you don't have a shot at being hired. Last check out of the last 5 hires all five were his friends.
Cons
Owner has not clue, just coming up with MSP model that has been around 15+ years. Work space is awful meaning that you are in cubes where everyone can hear everything. Besides the unprofessional, lack of focus, communication (email, meetings, IM) there is absolutely a complete break down of communications. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing and you get blamed. There is no structure, process, policy and if you say something to someone you miles well say it to everyone because they all talk badly behind your back. Many, Many, Many, people have left and I am sure a lot more than they will ever tell you. Also do not expect time off for those Doctors appointments and you will be on-call. Even if you spent 30+ hours of time after hours working and miss a call while "on-call" you will be punished. Finally, any projects you are given are not at all thought out in a PMP manner. Meaning time, constraints, budget, .....There is no one with project management skills their and the own guesstimates time needed even after engineers say "that's not enough time" She will then blame you for a failed project when she totally misquoted, didn't understand the technology, or the other hand told you something completely different then what she said
