Pros
I worked as AV support for a few of their top-tier clients, some as long term, full-time positions. Directly managed client relations by virtue of being their daily contact, with opportunities to grow the relationship. Pay was decent. Supervisor was good.
Cons
Main office felt a little disorganized when I dealt with them - not that I ever went in. The path from being a casual overhire to full time was not smooth, as there were some oversights and expectations that were missed (mandatory training, getting an email account, etc). Had to chase them for annual reviews and salary increases.
