Great place to work but bad times with COVID.

Pros

Quality of AV installations has improved tremendously over the years. The management really does care about employees. The president of the AV division truly is a good human being.

Cons

Lots of siloization between AV and Security/ Comms. Unfortunately COVID has hit this industry particularly hard, and with that came layoffs. For that reason I can’t give them a healthy outlook at this time.

Field technicians were all good people. Work was steady. Overtime whenever you wanted it. Locations of work sites were easy to get too.

Cons

Horrible pay. For a communications company there was no communication. No one in the office will take care of the techs.
