Pros
Quality of AV installations has improved tremendously over the years. The management really does care about employees. The president of the AV division truly is a good human being.
Cons
Lots of siloization between AV and Security/ Comms. Unfortunately COVID has hit this industry particularly hard, and with that came layoffs. For that reason I can’t give them a healthy outlook at this time.
