Pros
The offer's they make seem great on paper, but in reality they aren't. Other than that, Istanbul is a lovely place full of culture and historical places.
Cons
Too many to list, but here's a few: nepotism, favoritism, ridiculous tax rates, no pay raises even after years, all expats will eventually be replaced by Turks (that's their plan), and they keep changing things that were agreed upon in contracts without notice.
