The company has very severe financial problems but does nothing to fix it.. Employees have to bear the burnt of this with very low salaries and some professional Journalists at this company are being paid minimum wage in very expensive cities!! You could earn more at a supermarket. Management is horrific, they couldn't care less if you dropped dead. No support or guidance for staff, theres a lot of bullying, Mass resignations due to severe toxic work environment and managements refusal to higher new staff has resulted in chronic and HUGE under staffing problem.. Current staff have unbearable amount of work on their shoulders. 1 person usually takes on a 5 person task everyday and if you refuse to do this unbearable amount of work you are lowkey threatened with being fired, yelled at and punished. I have seen many of my colleagues cry and break down at the office because of the managers and workload. It is hard core exploitative working conditions and most staff who work there are extremely depressed and have very bad mental health due to how toxic it is. Management actual knows how bad the situation is but chooses to deny and actual praises how good the company is. They are living in La La Land. Do your sanity a favour and DO NOT work here!!!!

Incompetent management. You'll never get promotion or a raise no matter how hard working or good you are. The system is designed to keep you at the same level at which you were hired, prepare to do free work in the name of we are giving you opportunity. if you're a junior level career employee, milk the opportunities then get out as fast as you can. it's not a place to be long term. Not bad if you're retiring and you have reached your final career bus stop
