Pros

Alicia is a great boss. She is open to new ideas and is constantly working to make Trust a better place to work. She really cares about me and values my opinions.

Cons

The work can be fast paced, especially around tax time.

Pros

None. Period. None. Period. None. Period. I think this meets the requirements for "Pros."

Cons

ALL OF THE ONE START PREVIOUS REVIEWS ARE TRUE! I witnessed the following as well: "Management was abusive. I was belittled and degraded on a daily basis. I lived in constant fear of how the tiniest actions would cause them to react. At times I would be so afraid to come into work I would be sick to my stomach. Every person in the office was treated with the utmost disrespect. They once had everyone in the office watch as they chastised one employee for a mistake they made. Tears were common …Family emergency? Fired. Mistake? fired. Don't like you? Fired." Management also left out insubordination files where anyone in the office could see them. They would also hold meetings in the public office space and write on the whiteboards how they were going to argue IN COURT against one of the employees who was fired (this was also one of the employees who's reports were left out in the open). The notes for their court appearance would stay on those whiteboards for days afterwards. Disrespectful to say the least!
