Alicia is a great boss. She is open to new ideas and is constantly working to make Trust a better place to work. She really cares about me and values my opinions.

Cons

The work can be fast paced, especially around tax time.

Great Place to make a difference

Pros

This was a great job, I learned a ton, was given alot of autonomy to make decisions, and had the opportunity to learn alot. I really felt like we were saving companies money and making a difference with our customers.

Cons

Because of the size there wasn't a career path in marketing that I was looking for.

I'm never bored at work. I have all kinds of training opportunities - they are paying for a certification for me that fits into my job requirements. No dress code.

Cons

Some of the technology in the office is outdated.
