Pros
Firstly, it is admiring how elders work so hard that pushes the younger one to their highest potential. Secondly, every team is build upon a support system and I guarantee this organisation is full of it. Lastly, appreciation is the only motivation one need to do something out of the box and again, this organisation has it. Glad to be a part of such wondrous team.
Cons
Sometime the communication is lost which is what I felt but that's only natural.
