They humiliate you on the floor for not having sales and bringing a blanket on the floor. OM was terrible looking with terrible attitude. Supervisors don't provide coaching. Tenured agents tend to teach new agents incorrect process to ensure they secure a sale. Career Growth? They don't give you the opportunity unless you are sipsip with the management. Everyday 2 hours OT! And they say they promote work life balance but demanded for 3 months straight a daily 2 hours OT.
