      Demanding work, pressurising environment. A good challenge that forces you to think about your own future legal career.

      Cons

      No collegial work environment. You really do feel your place at the bottom of a food chain here.

      Good culture, for a law firm. Highest compensation for newly called lawyers. Supportive peers and mentors. Active firm life.

      Long Hours, but this applies to all law firms.
