Decision making and autonomy at my fingertips - Operations Manager TUSP Employee Review

This is my first job out of uni and it is an ideal first role. I am two months in and have already been given a great deal of responsibility. I am developing my professional skills every day, my role is within the Business Development Department so I get a fantastic mix of marketing, account management, and document control e.g. tendering.

I can't think of anything! Everyone is friendly, I have learned a lot and we all work as a team pushing the business forward. My commute is rather short and I am happy working with tusp, so I have nothing to complain about.

None. This was a terrible agency - not a consultancy like they claim.

They rang me up, asked no questions about my past and sent me to the project for an interview with a guy who had been told I worked for tusp before. No interview prep, no background to the project and no scope. I got the job, then tusp put a massive margin on me which led to the PM asking me to drop my rate. After calling tusp they offered me no more money and didn’t reduce their margin. After promising work when this project finished, they had nothing and cut my contract dead. No on site support other than some rubbish PPE.
