      1. Freedom to learn but you have to be proactive 2. Most of the managers are supportive in R&D

      Cons

      1. Low salary compared to peers 2. only 21 days of leave per annum 3. If you are not at the managerial level then you can't bring mobile to company 4. Lack creativity

      Might get to learn a lot of new things if landed in a team with a good manager and employees.

      Cons

      If the team you landed in is very disorganized nobody cares to teach or get in touch with the interns.
