1. Freedom to learn but you have to be proactive 2. Most of the managers are supportive in R&D

Cons

1. Low salary compared to peers 2. only 21 days of leave per annum 3. If you are not at the managerial level then you can't bring mobile to company 4. Lack creativity

The manager shuld bee change to 3 years for one Department handle. So Manager Risk to the Department control Senior or Junior Ego. So control to Ego Should be promotion effect on the job more than 5 years to continue.
