Unprofessional environment - Operations TW Metals Employee Review

Fewer than average PTO days with no additional days until 5yrs with the company. Extraordinarily outdated CRM. IT team is 100% reactive, no innovation. Team meetings are few and far between, so you never really know whats going on in the company. Management is outright deceptive. Little to no opportunities for advancement. Stagnant wages. Lots of recent turnover. Entire company functions with that "good ol' boys" attitude that happens when you have a bunch of old white guys in upper management (including parent company, O'Neal Steel). Stuck in their outdated ways despite being vocal about moves in a more positive direction.
