Paychecks are direct deposited on time.

Cons

Fewer than average PTO days with no additional days until 5yrs with the company. Extraordinarily outdated CRM. IT team is 100% reactive, no innovation. Team meetings are few and far between, so you never really know whats going on in the company. Management is outright deceptive. Little to no opportunities for advancement. Stagnant wages. Lots of recent turnover. Entire company functions with that "good ol' boys" attitude that happens when you have a bunch of old white guys in upper management (including parent company, O'Neal Steel). Stuck in their outdated ways despite being vocal about moves in a more positive direction.

Pros

Effort. There’s never a lack of effort. Benefits are pretty good and if overtime is your thing it’s available. The atmosphere can be welcoming and fun.

Cons

As I said there is never a lack of effort from management. Their efforts fall short for the company as a whole for being out of touch with their employees. Team effort is not instilled in this company and the revolving door in which people move in and out shows. Pay is not competitive. The atmosphere will change (bad way) as management really could use skills In team building and employee retention.

Benefits are outstanding, most managers are employees are great.

Cons

Actual Branch Manager says things to women that he should not say and everyone just sweeps it under the rug. He sucks the life out of you and takes advantage of you and then lets you take the fall for it all and he walks away clean, like nothing ever happened.
