This company loses employees constantly, and that's the only reason there is growth opportunity. Managers get burned out from the work, and then the company is forced to quickly move another person up. Then the cycle continues, and the company is too stubborn and cheap to do anything about it. All they would have to do is raise the salary. I know that's easier said than done. However, when most of the other surrounding companies in the same field are hiring for the same position at a higher starting salary, you're bound to get a lot of people you are not qualified and in turn, don't last long.
