Worked harder than in any other position I've had, 8 hours a day of running. The employees are not respected and expected to jump through hoops without upper management support. You are on your own. Management hired employees, paid well then kept hiring and found people they could pay less then terminated the original employees that organized and worked hard to make patients happy. Almost all the employees were miserable. This company is new as of 2019 and is buying up optometrists and kept the original office's name so patients did not know they had changed ownership. Beware.

So much cliquey high school things here. No sense of family. They will betray your trust. Trust nobody here! Corporate will bribe you with middle school rewards (blue jeans week etc) to only focus on money and not patient care Company (and management) will lie to your face. Promises to deliver 100 dollar bonuses and forgets to give them to you. DO NOT WORK HERE. This place is a trap full of back stabbers and liars! Upper management does not care about your sanity or happiness. Only money
