The strategy changes monthly, there are very few talented people left that understand the industry and can make a positive impact. Consultants fly in and out, leadership changes are consistent but not in a positive manner. The technology is incredibly dated, red tape and risk are shutting everything down and what should be such a great place to work for those love the industry is a place of walking on egg shells and hoping to see a rise in share price, which seems to be the metric for success over innovation and culture.
