The culture is non existent anymore. Most people are sitting and waiting for another redundancy to sweep the floors. The strategy changes monthly, there are very few talented people left that understand the industry and can make a positive impact. Consultants fly in and out, leadership changes are consistent but not in a positive manner. The technology is incredibly dated, red tape and risk are shutting everything down and what should be such a great place to work for those love the industry is a place of walking on egg shells and hoping to see a rise in share price, which seems to be the metric for success over innovation and culture.
