      Good place to work, nice people, friendly students, stunning setting and facilities

      Cons

      Former Headmaster Quirk single-handedly destroyed faculty moral and changed a climate of trust, warmth and support (under Headmaster Stroud) into a community clouded with skepticism, cold-hearted leadership, and Machiavellian motivations. That he left in disgrace (drunken driving arrest) was fitting karma.

      The view of the harbor is a pro.

      Cons

      The school has become run like a business, and the faculty are viewed as pawns in a game of how to keep the school running when money is too tight to pay teachers well and give them a high quality of life for the 24/7 job they do.
