Fun place to work, easy learning, job duties are very coordinated

Had seven different GM's in 2 years which creates a very unsteady workplace. With every new management the coordination of any job position was completely thrown off. The shift managers should get paid a little more because at the end of the day all the extra work created by management changes is put on the shift managers which creates a major turnover
