      If given the chance to prove yourself, it is easy to move up because you work mainly with teens and people who can't get better jobs.

      I've been in fast food for a long time now and I have found that if the management tends to be comprised of persons who abuse their power as management.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
