Pros
My coworkers were good. My boss was very accepting when I got my second job and was willing to work around my schedule.
Cons
The act of moving up in the company was limited. It took my friend 6 years or so to finally be able to reach store manager position. Sometimes no matter how hard you worked it was never enough and never recognized.
