Pros
Great team, good hours, good compensation, flexible scheduling, promises to move up were very motivating, training stores were extremely friendly, you could always call another store for help or advice.
Cons
District managers do not talk to each other, empty threats to keep management team in line, some customers do not show respect to employees, store manager was never available.
