      The people you work with are amazing, if you’re looking for a job with a very flexible schedule this is the one, the managers are good and will work with you the best they can

      Cons

      Its normally very understaffed and I as just a part time team member do most the work, the pay is not amazing and you can only get up to a certain amount if you’re just a team member, you’re always on your feet and it can be very stressful

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
