Pros

There are genuinely talented, motivated people working here — individuals who care deeply about their craft and want to contribute meaningfully. The firm has access to strong clients and resources that could make it a great place to grow a career.

Cons

Leadership often struggles with direction and foresight. Several major initiatives have been enthusiastically launched, only to be hastily walked back months later when they proved unworkable. This lack of consistency leaves teams disoriented and morale drained. Communication is uneven at best, with a culture of favoritism that prioritizes certain voices while sidelining others — even those with valuable insight or institutional knowledge. As a result, engagement suffers, and promising staff end up leaving, not for lack of capability, but from sheer frustration. Despite its slogan about “raising expectations” and being “The Modern Law Firm,” the reality is quite the opposite. Instead of leading with vision or innovation, the firm seems content to follow trends and label that as progress. The opportunity to truly set a standard in modern legal practice is right there — but leadership seems unwilling, or unable, to seize it.
