Pros
Takeda is in the process of undergoing big changes with new executive leadership and transformational technology investments. The company has been going through this process thoughtfully and communicating openly - in my experience, this is not always the case within large complex organizations. Its an exciting time that will hopefully lead to a lot of new opportunities and set us up well for the future.
Beyond organizational changes - Takeda remains a great place to work. Thoughtful and kind colleagues, prioritizing DEI in a tough political climate, keeping the patient at the center of what we do, and pay/benefits that are beyond most of our industry peers.
Cons
Like all big pharma - we can sometimes overcomplicate things and move slowly. We need to continue as a company to work on agility and ability to make decisions more quickly.
