Pros
Strong pipeline of products. Good company growth and prospect.
Cons
HR and Snr management are too weak or incapable of handling disruptive toxic behaviours, as a result people can't leave fast enough. Individuals who have been with the company for a long time are now becoming extremely territorial towards new talented individuals joining the Company. Very limited career opportunities at Country level. A lot of talk but no action! No transparency with regards to how decisions are taken.
