Pros
Some nice people, most of them on the junior side. Kendall office pretty.
Cons
Horribly toxic environment, those who are supposed to be people leaders only exploit their subordinates, they lie, manipulate, promise and don’t walk the talk. Lots of talk on psychological safety while in reality nothing concrete is done about it, starting from retaliation and pretty obvious favoritism, mostly gender-biased in a few teams. Complete lack of career opportunities apart from a few selected ones, no transparency or clear communication. Many leaders are incompetent and unknowledgeable, especially in commercial, where big egos with no competence thrive. Favoritism is very visible. A lot of leaders micromanage and do not provide any opportunities for advancement, the culture is “do your work and that’s it”. Highly disappointing. This place is sick, bad culture has poisoned a good part of the company. Last thing they care about are patients and employees. First thing: $.
