First, I'd like to say that I am currently employed by Takl. Do not let reviews from providers deter you from applying for positions at Takl. These provider reviews are from independent contractors that failed to follow the terms of use and lost access to the platform as a result. I have been employed for a little over a year, and it is the best thing that has happened to my career. There is such room for upward growth in the company, and they strive to help you succeed. The overall culture of Takl is an investment in an employee is an investment in the company. Management has gone out of its way to meet my needs, and constantly rewards us for meeting their expectations. My favorite part about working at Takl, is the environment is constantly changing as the company continues to grow and evolve. This type of environment cultivates innovative ideas and collective growth from all levels of the company. Management has a wonderful understanding that they are a reflection of their respective teams, and they are enthusiastic about recognizing the contributions made by various members of their teams.

This company expects employees to put in the time and work. This job is not for individuals seeking to do the bare minimum for a pay check. But I assure you, whatever you put into this company, the company will give back to you.
