Pros
1) you can work on new technology sometimes imaginary technology and that too in a short timespan because you wont be given enough time even to eat your meals properly.
Cons
1) The ceo behaves like he owns you and he intimidates people into working long hours and unreasonable deadlines with harsh words and will call that as task delegation. 2) do not expect proper management cause it does not exist , the hr is like a henchman of ceo who does his dirty job of adding Loss of pay to employees he doesnt like as well as being strict and micro-managing for no reason. 3) you are not a loyal employee if you leave the organization by any chance, be it personal or professional growth. 4) loyalty is defined by behaving like a slave to the CEO, all he wants is people to work for him 24/7 and proudly say that he works like that although it is not evident in any manner. 5) the CEO does not understand programming but will brag about his programming skills for hours, if you passed 12th std computer science u ll know more than him. 6) Hike is not at all possible, beg them for mercy because they give salary without loss of pay.
