      Benefits are outstanding! Salary is competitive and the work we do saves lives and adds money to the local economy every day! Very rewarding!

      Cons

      Hours can be gruelling. Staff attendance is sometimes a problem. Fighting the stigma that plasma donation has with some communities is a constant battle.
