Pros

Good company if you want to start your career in recruitment

Cons

1. Extremely poor finance management: no salaries on time, no one has any update on when your fnf will be paid 2. Difficult exit process: Exit is very difficult as there is no structure for formal transition, no timeline on pending dues, no response after your LWD on fnf and other dues 3. No scope for growth after 1 year and you end up doing the same kind of work again and again

Pros

Nothing. Unless you count developing trauma as a skill

Cons

⭐ 1 Star (Only because 0 is not allowed) If you're thinking of joining this company, let me save your time, mental health, and dignity: Salary? A Joke. You’ll work like a machine, solve their mess, babysit clients, juggle 100 tasks — and still get paid like they’re doing charity. Company makes profit, you remain stuck at peanuts. Management = Ego + Zero Skill. Raise a concern? Ask for a hike? You get public insult in official groups, indirect taunts, and personal attacks that have NOTHING to do with work. They can't handle the truth, so they attack you instead. Recognition? Don’t dream. Even if you run the whole operations alone, they’ll tell you: “It’s nothing. Anybody can do it.” Meanwhile, they can't handle one task without messing it up. Culture is pure circus. Fake promises to clients, recruiters, unrealistic expectations from employees, and when their lies collapse — YOU get blamed. Taking a Leave = Committing a Crime. One day leave? Be ready for threats about “layoff”, guilt-tripping, and attitude lectures. Zero Growth. Zero Respect. Zero Future. Your skills don’t grow. Your confidence dies. Your peace evaporates. Bottom Line: This company doesn’t want employees — they want slaves who stay silent and broke. RUN.
