      Pros

      I have been with Talentcare for almost 5 years, started out as a PT assistant and am now a Client Success Team Lead. I love that TC always goes above and beyond not only for their clients/customers but for their employees as well. We have great benefits, great working family environment and I enjoy what I do, every single day. TC also encourages the opinions of their employees when making organizational changes, we have amazing cultural views and values that we follow as a Team!

      Cons

      The only con that I can point out is our internal training however this is in the process of being revamped and things are looking so much better now for new employees then it was when I first started.

      Pros

      Overall the hiring process was great and the people were nice except for one hiring leader who wasn’t as authentic as the other over member of the company she’s over the ABA.

      Cons

      pay is extremely low for the economy and they don’t expect you to have a second job. Benefits not great. Training limited.
