Very rude behaviour with the employees - Anonymous employee Talentick EduSolutions Employee Review

I have joined this company in 2018 as an “Academic Counselor”. Just completed four years. In these 4 years, I learnt lot of things. My manager is very supportive and always available to help me. All other seniors are very friendly. I have got very good colleagues and we always work as team. What I liked most here is “Time Flexibility”. Before pandemic, we used to go for outing after every 3 months. It has been really a great working here.

We have not gone for any outing in last 2 years because of pandemic. Missing those prepandemic outing.

They are very good at not giving your pending salary after resigning ! Plus they are very good at not responding to your mails and calls regarding pending salary !

1. No professionalism. 2. No respect given to the employees even if you work hard for them all day. 3. If you ever resign from this company, keep in mind that they will not give any response to your resignation letter no matter how many time you call them or email them, also they will not give your pending salary. I did a very big mistake joining this fraud company and also don't want that anyone else should suffer this in the future. Please never join this company if you want to make your career!
