It Looks Good On The Surface - Anonymous employee Talk Carpet Employee Review

I have been working here for 4 years and during that time I have moved from a sales coordinator to my current position. Along the way I have been supported and mentored in a way I have never been in my 20 years of corporate experience. Talk Carpet is such a dynamic and creative company and no one day is the same so you never get bored. My coworkers feel more like family and for the first time in my career I am completely satisfied with my job. Additionally, I have a 7 month old and am able to work full time from home which is such a blessing. Plus our president has just instituted a 4 day work week for all employees (with no pay decrease) as he feels it is his duty to promote a healthy work/life balance.

We work really hard but it’s totally worth it
