Posting this review since there is a lack of reviews from former employees. - You can work remote - You can set up your own daily schedule: good life/work balance - Company equipment - Okay benefits and PTO
Cons
In my opinion, the cons are: - Lack of leadership: the boss did not seem to care about how I felt or my opinions, lacked communication overall - Unrealistic expectations to complete certain tasks - Management seemed, at times, unclear, not knowing what direction they should go, it felt like an unstable work environment with limited growth opportunities - Even though the company is small, they never made me feel like I was a part of a team. Favoritism crossed my mind multiple times.
