Other Departments are nice. The people are awesome.

Management. Technology and Innovation Managent in particular. Retaliation, Bullying, Favortism, straight up lying. They decided they wanted contractors and now something that would take us minutes takes weeks now. One manager in particular is so bad that we had other departments say they would work with us but will not work with him. He was also told by a former Police Chief "Get him out of my building or he will leave in handcuffs." Well, what did they do? They promoted him. His superpower is failing upwards. I would highly discourage working at the City. They have a high turn over rate with the contractors they replaced us with for a reason.
