      Pros

      Decent Salary and comp packages.. (still not worth all the hassle with the CEO) That's about it nothing else seems positive.

      Cons

      So many downsides for working at talon. The CEO (Larry) has no idea what he's doing. He's all over the place. He's just not a person who should be in that role... He has one idea of where the company needs to be and then 1 hour later he's changed his mind completely. I would not recommend working at talon.. I'm currently looking for other opportunities.

      Awesome staff and management, super helpful and understanding. A great company that treats employees with respect and a great environment to work in! You feel comfortable to ask any questions, and they work hard to find solutions for any addressing issues..
