      Lack of Leadership from the CEO

      Pros

      Decent Salary and comp packages.. (still not worth all the hassle with the CEO) That's about it nothing else seems positive.

      Cons

      So many downsides for working at talon. The CEO (Larry) has no idea what he's doing. He's all over the place. He's just not a person who should be in that role... He has one idea of where the company needs to be and then 1 hour later he's changed his mind completely. I would not recommend working at talon.. I'm currently looking for other opportunities.

      Pros

      Non-management staff are really great to work with and talented people. Take pride in what they do.

      Cons

      Inner circle at management level with those around CEO. Scattered priorities creates problems. Makes staff feel like puppet's. No help until it's too late.
