      Pros

      Good product for what it does. The traditional product is very powerful and has a quicker time to market than other MDMs (e.g. 3 months vs 2 years)

      Cons

      The shift to the web/SaaS version is still in it's infancy and is limited in scope but it is the company direction

      Great tech, strong vision, palpable passion, mostly good people, sympathetic company

      Cons

      Stunningly poor management on the GTM team. Unable to execute. Frustrated teams led to unhealthy culture. Appears they are still trying to rebuild
