      Pros

      Good product for what it does. The traditional product is very powerful and has a quicker time to market than other MDMs (e.g. 3 months vs 2 years)

      Cons

      The shift to the web/SaaS version is still in it's infancy and is limited in scope but it is the company direction

      Pros

      - Many people left the company in recent weeks. Coincidentally, 10 Glassdoor reviews just popped up simultaneously in January and all gave the company 5 stars rating. Just saying :) - Free lunch everyday

      Cons

      - Lots of egos - Sweatshop mentality - Terrible management - Many people just "disappeared" - Miserable environment

      Thanks for your review. Tamr isn't for everyone, and I hope you're able to find something that is a better fit and makes you happier. The 10 reviews that appeared on Glassdoor in January were due to the fact that we are trying to actively manage our presence on this site because there is a bunch of hiring going on and we recognize that many people use Glassdoor as a resource to learn more about potential employers. Folks at Tamr were asked if they had a perspective they thought was worth sharing to contribute something to Glassdoor and several did. There was no request for only positive reviews. Your perspective is as valid as theirs', and we take your comments seriously.

      Tries but misses the mark

      - Hires smart individuals - Good location for main office

      Cons

      - Company culture does not promote good collaboration - Company direction changes too often - Employee effort feels thrown out given how the requirements keep changing - Selected individuals get consistent recognition although everyone works very hard
