Pros

Stability Good middle managers - stuck between poor upper management and good employees Aggressive company acquiring multiple new locations and business units yearly Knowledgeable workforce with some pretty creative strategies, often bypassed, but good ideas nonetheless.

Cons

Poor communication & leadership - Upper management provides zero leadership to managers and employees. Important matters (employee death, plant closing, etc.) are often learned via word of mouth/gossip. Managers often left to figure out how to make poor decisions work for decisions made by top leadership. Zero desire for employees to grow or develop. Little to no encouragement to learn more or add certifications as promotions are not common and there are no career paths laid out. In essence, the job you are hired for day one is the job you'll stay in during your career for +95% of employees. Many managers nearing retirement, no known plans for transitioning.

Pros

The co-workers were great and the managers were easy to work with (as long as you did your job). Loved the 3/2 flexibility of being able to work remote.

Cons

I didn't really have any cons. I relocated or I would have stayed here. I miss the team for sure.

Pros

Pay is decent if you negotiate at time of offer.

Cons

Pto starts at 3 weeks, takes 10 years of service to get any additional. Health benefits are terrible. Leadership doesn't know how to train, retain employees, or create a healthy work culture. Management will belittle you at every opportunity. Talk with about other employees weaknesses with each other and lie to the team about what a Rockstar team this is. Absolutely no culture. You can hear a pin drop its so quiet. If you try talking with colleagues Management is standing right there asking what you need. No collaboration or team building. TRUST NO ONE! Everything you say or do there will be relayed to Management. Leadership monitors your emails, teams messages, Google searches, Everything! They will dangle perks in front of you and never deliver. Do not be fooled by the wolf in sheepskin
