7yThank you for the feedback! At Tantus, we realize there is more to life than just work, so when possible, we try to provide flexibility in work schedules. We enjoy the partnerships we have developed with our clients and our managers work diligently to make sure that workloads are fair.
We try to provide the best service to our clients and a great working environment for our employees. We will work closely with the Program Manager to review the managers on the program and see where improvements can be made. If you would like to share any experiences with me, I would be happy to have a conversation.
Regarding the “no advancement for Experienced Professionals” comment, we have recently rolled out a career development program specifically designed to ensure that our employees do have a path for advancement. When we do have open positions, we look for the best fit for the position, not necessarily who has the most experience. Things such as leadership skills, communication skills, technical skills, are taken into consideration. Although someone may have more years of experience, it doesn’t necessarily mean they may be the best fit for a new opportunity.
Regarding Tantus’ diversity, our workforce, and especially our management, is extremely diverse. Our overall workforce is made up of 53% minority employees and 51% female employees. Our management team is made up of 44% minority employees and 52% female employees. We are very proud of our diversity.
