Great company to work for. Good Management team, lots of OT

I can’t even think of one.

Too many to speak of. They tried to hire me back after they let go of all their employees after the rush season ended. Knowing they were to close their doors permanently in less than three months. Also they closed down the Napa branch where people actually make wine and a lot of clients live and work because it cost too much. They fired very talented people and left them stranded without jobs. They bought out all the competitors in Napa as well so there is literally no where for these people to work. Absolutely no loyalty to long standing employees- cut off their insurance and found cheap loop holes in order to cancel severance packages. Their advice was for us to move or commute two hours away each way to some crap hole town because it was cheaper for them. They will go out of business. I know lots of their former clients who say they do royally screwed up their wine labels they will never use them again. Oh and they made us clock in within 5 minutes of our start time or we’d get penalized- 200 plus people clocking into one time clock in less than five minutes. And they cheated on the time clocks and adding our hours to their favor. I tracked them for 3 months and they regularly cheated us out of 2 hours a week.
