Needs better Management/Structure - Customer Service Representative Target Decorated Apparel Employee Review

Target is very structured, and very on top of their game in 4 color process, image resolution and special effects. It is fast paced, but for the most part I enjoyed working there. The work atmosphere was generally good. Half the automatic presses are excellent machines, and their entire manual department set-up is top notch.

Some of their automatic equipment should be scrapped and updated. They go through production managers like Oreo cookies, when the shop needs consistent leadership.

Great co-workers, you can wear whatever you want, drink beer in the office on Fridays, Company X-mas party is cool.

No raises, no upward mobility within the company, lower than industry norms salary-wise, no opportunity for growth. Basically a dead end job. You'll get stuck staying late a lot with no praise or reward. You'll never be allowed to leave early. Vacation days kinda suck. A ton of favoritism within the office. High turn over rate. People don't usually last very long.
