1. No functioning systems in place 2. Everything malfunctions and no one knows how to fix it 3.No sales forecast in place. Only manual additions based on a hunch leading to horrendous OTIF metrics 4. Massive system overlap and extreme repetition of the same process over every available system leading to overworking and burnout 5. Everybody's is running like headless chickens and produces no real results 6. The leadership is a complete joke 7. Very anti employee mentality and bad bahaviour towards them from day one to the day you are finally free of them 8. By far the most toxic and nonsensical company I've ever worked for 9. Do yourself a favour and RUN before you even apply there. I have feeling that the company is going under anyway 10. Salaries are on the very low end considering the cost of commuting to this place
